A talented writer, broadcaster and campaigner, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is widely known for his uncompromising commitment to seasonal, ethically produced food and has earned a huge following through his River Cottage TV series and books. This success has allowed Hugh to establish River Cottage HQ in Axminster and a collective of award winning canteens across the Southwest.

Waste Source were chosen to provide a complete waste solution for the third canteen in Bristol when it opened in 2013. The solution worked well and the River Cottage team were so impressed with the quality of service that all sites were soon managed by Waste Source. Centralising support and billing has simplified the management of waste across the business and provided the team with a platform to aid further expansion.
