Brewhouse & Kitchen

Brewhouse & Kitchen is a fast emerging craft beer pub company. Every one of their sites has micro breweries on the premises – taking locally brewed beer to a whole new level!

They offer top-notch food menus too, with locally-sourced produce and beer recommendations for every dish. Brewhouse & Kitchen pride themselves on being welcoming, family-friendly venues, with space for private functions and even courses on the art of micro-brewing.

Waste Source took on Brewhouse & Kitchen’s tenth site, which opened in Sutton Coldfield in November 2015. Our relationship with them grew from there until, three years on, they decided to consolidate the service and asked us to take on waste management for all their sites. They’re finding it a lot simpler than having multiple providers all operating slightly different systems.

Brewhouse & Kitchen are doing a roaring trade. That means regular multiple collections for us, with a lot of waste destined for recycling and other forms of environmentally responsible disposal.

Here’s a relatively young company that has hit on a winning formula. We look forward to watching it grow.
